If you are on a nt 4.0 domain with novell and have switched or switching all the workstations to windows 2000, then you will find out that changing the password on the workstations and then have it change the novell password to be a pain.

The problem was supposed to be fixed with SP2, well it wasnt, but the other solution was to make the password at least 7 charectors long. Doing this will change the Windows PAssword and the novell password.
