This works if you have an old thermal fax machine: Take 2 peices of paper and tape them together (bottom of one to the top of the other). Draw a thick black Line on them.
Dial a local fax # after they close their buisiness for the day. As it starts to feed through and fax, tape the other two ends of the paper together creating a loop that will continue faxing, until the receiver runs out of paper.

It works better if you use black construction paper so it eats all the toner up too. But this only works for people with real fax machines, more and more people use computers for receiving faxes now.

Also, make sure the station ID on your machine does not have your real name or fax# on it!!
