I recently had the pleasure of working on a young lady's Gateway PC. She brought it into my shop complaining that after sending it back to Gateway 3 time, and waiting over 6 weeks she still was getting a hard disk i/o error. After testing the PC I found her hard drive to be dead. When i called her to inform her, she said that I should go ahead and replace the drive, as she didn't want to be without her PC for another week or longer. I told her that we stocked several sizes af hard drives, from 2.1 GB up to 8.5 GB, and asked her which drive she would like to go with... After several seconds of silence, I could hardly contain myself from bursting out laughing when she finally asked me "well does size really matter?"
