WHile working at the pentagon about 16 months ago I took a call from a Navy Admiral who told me that the universal translator is not working. He was very adamant about someone looking into it and since It was only about 3/4 mile walk indoors I went and looked into it. Wouldn't you know it I get there and see a web page in German. It took me awhile to convince him that there was no universal translator and that web page will appear in german no matter where you look at it and that Someone looking at american web pages in Germany would see them in English.
