if you had problems with and replaced the mb already, I would concentrate on the power supply. have you ever replaced the power supply. There might be a problem with the ps sending too much power thus frying the board. Or. it might not be sending enough power to the mb circuitry. Any problems before this happens, like the machine locking up or BSOD?

Looks like you've replaced everything but the cpu so I guess that's next. Can't think of anything in bios that would cause this. Also pull that NIC out and disconnect all drives and see if it does it in bios still. What's the cpu temp?

Just check to make sure Mouse and Keyboard are plugged in correctly, I just had a customer with them reversed and neither worked. Just a thought, if that isn't it it is probably the mobo
    Milkstache, what's that ?

Make sure you try a different brand of KB, leave the mouse unplugged. We had a problem with Abit boards about 2 years ago. It seems they were VERY picky about the KB voltages. The KB's we carried would fry within 1-10 boots. So, if possible, try a different brand KB, and if not, try a different brand mobo.
