[RESOLVED] vkd errors?
i'm getting windows protection error at boot it halts at vkd failure to intialize. what the hell, this customer is pissed.

I've gotten this once or twice. It was related to the NIC drivers. If the system has a NIC try removing it and see if it boots.

Wow......we're really gonna need some more info here!!!
I assume you mean a VXD error, not VKD, right? What is the exact error message you are getting? What is the hardware configureation? What version of Windows are you running??
