configured with an hp jetdirect box hooked into 2 networked laserjet 5 printers...
anyone ever seen the queue back up with a 0 bytes document in the lead? when this happens, the other printer is able to print. sometimes when one of the printers backs up, it keeps all of the systems in the room with the other printer from being able to logon the network.
NetBIOS names in each room coincide with the identification of each printer.
help?! anyone?!!!
