Yahoo POP mail troubles
I'm supporting a customer right now who has two yahoo email accounts, which of coursed worked just fine before we serviced his computer yesterday. We converted him from Outlook express to Outlook 2000. Now whenever he tries to check his yahoo mail from EITHER outlook or express, he gets this error message:
The TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly terminated by the server. Error number: 0x800ccc0f.
I tried setting up my own Yahoo account on the computer, and wouldn't you know it, it works just fine.
any ideas?

I get this message all the time in Outlook. After a few reboots (days) it'll work fine again. See if they can access the yahoo account on the web. If not then it is an issue with yahoo's server or that account has been terminated.
