[RESOLVED] hack atempt? when i try to post a reply?

this is what i get when i tried to reply to a post here:

I was tryin to reply to the post "unzip me?". It even lists me as the last one posted, but I can't see my post even after refreshing. Also it lists 6 posts, but I only see 2. WTF is going on here?
