200 0r 266 Bus
Does anyone have a link showing the #s
to tell if the ATHLON is a 200 0r 266 bus processor?

Ok I got some linkage for ya. I searched REALLY REALLY hard on AMD's site for this info, but I could find it no where! I dunno if I'm blind or not. Here is a link to ClubOC's review of the AMD 1400 piece:

Twisted I'd like a sheet to be able to tell the difference between the 200 and the 266 bus.

Let me rephrase that I'd like to know how to distinguish the 200/ or 266/ bus.

On the little rectangle die in the center
1st line says AMD ATHLON.
2nd line says a bunch but all you have to be concerned with is whether it says B or C.
B is for the 200 Mhz FSB
C is for the 266 Mhz FSB
Hope that helped.

Anna that link in my post takes you to a sheet and a picture. Like Prophet said there will be a B or a C. B=200MHZ and C=266MHZ. You have to look at the chip, or run a program like h.oda's WCPUID.
