having a problem with the toolbars dropping down and pushing the email body down the screen every time you go for a new message the email body gose down the screen until you need to reboot the computer to send another email Help

sorry I was in a hurry and didnt have a chance to spell check my message I have checked for viruses with Norton and the lateset update and it came up clear
