Thumbs up Netscape 6.1- I like it. Do you?

On a lark I installed Netscape 6.1 on my WinXp machine. I wasn't expecting much after my experience with 6.0 but it is AMAZING. It is way different-should be version 7.0. I can't remember when a piece of software changed so much and so well. Too bad the browser wars are over(aren't they?). What are your opinions?

the old days of netscape 3.x were great .. then 4 come out and things went downhill .. and since then aol has tried to reinvent netscape and its just not working .. i have netscape 6.2 (released recently) and its ok .. i like the look and things but it lacks alot of things ..

imnot blaming m$ for netscapes failure i blame netscape .. i didnt move fully to IE cause of free .. i moved to IE cause it was working .. well atleast alot better then netscape .. plus netscape wont incorperate itself with features many websites use .. so its there own fault .. the only reason i have 6.2 is cause in case i need something that IE doesnt like ... other wise .. el delete.

I don't like "all-in-one" applications such as Netscape. It's just too bulky and takes too long to launch. And when I create webpages,.. I hate the fact that I have to consider Netscape users when it comes down to the HTML display. Netscape displays webpages differently than IE does (i.e. layers, scrolling text, etc.) And I'm not very fond of Java based applications such as Netscape 6.x. That app was built and meant for UNIX and Linux users. IE was built for Windows users. Anyway, those are my thoughts on the matter.

If you answered yes to any of these then you are not qualified to own a new AMD ATHLON XP.
If someone ask you if you are running the all-new fastest AMD ATHLON XP, just turn around and reply "WHY YES, AND ITS CERTIFIED"
