Upgrade From Dos Apps
I need to get a customer off his Tandy 386 running Dos 5.0, and on to a windows machine. The 3 apps we need to migrate are pc-calc (spreadsheet program) where all the inventory and pricing is kept, deskmate ( word processing ), amd pmmain ( letterhead and logo program ). Microsoft word will accept the deskmate documents, pmmmain I don't know what to do with, and pc-calc will run under 98 in the dos mode, but has problems printing over 80 characters to a windows printer. Any suggestions are welcome.
Tks in advance.

I'm pretty sure that PMMAIN is Print Master. I used that on my Tandy 1000SX many many moons ago. There's no hope of converting the data in that program to anything today, they will have to recreate the data from scratch.

As for PC-Calc, the only thing I could find is this: <a href="http://www.safelink.net/danrose/aw-dos-sw-02.html" target="_blank">http://www.safelink.net/danrose/aw-dos-sw-02.html</a> which isn't very much. For that software, the only way I think you could convert the data without retyping everything is to save in a different format (maybe Lotus 123) and hope that some modern program can convert from that format.
