[RESOLVED] prob on Omnibook4150+3comlan56k+cam

I'm trying to set up videoconferencing on lan with a NogatechConferenceCard and a 3com Lan+56k card. When i plug both cards in, i succeed in loggin to the network, but the cam doesn't work.
After 2 days we realized that the IRQs are ok; the nogatech has a sound card driver, the 3com too(for the modem), it seems that the pc has a sound driver too (Wave device for voice modem. we have omnibookXE2 too, no problems on these ones.
HELP! : i need to make possile videoconferencing with portablepc in little time
