    Question mltiple boot with laptop

    what would be the easy way to make a laptop capable of multi boot with win98SE and XP for xample? and is it possible to boot from a external hard drive (Firewire or USB)?

    XP will dual boot with 98se very nicely on the same hard drive with two partitions. Install 98 first, then xp to another partition and xp will manage the boot offering you 98 or xp at startup.

    As for booting from an external firewire, I don't know. Never tried.
