I have a Satelite 100cs I use for minor testing purposes and the Power On light has gone orange. This apparently signifies a reduction in the processor speed. The manual indicates using Toshiba utilities to change, however they don't exist due to formatting. Cantacted Toshiba and they were no help. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Just hold down the esc key while powering the unit up to enter the bios for toshiba notebooks.

A DOS version of their setup utility is also available as a download on Toshiba's site...it's hard to find though, so here's a direct link to the download:
