ledrichard Registered User Join Date: Aug 2000 Location: San Antonio TX Posts: 264	docking station serial port ? hey guys, Quick question, If I disable the onboard serial port on a laptop, can I still use the serial port on the dockingstation. I believe that when you use the peripheral devices on a docking station, it does not matter how the laptop is set up just as long as you have the available IRQ for the docking port right ? Please let me know if I am correct on this . Thanks.. __________________ hey its me again!
