Compaq Presario CPU upgrades.
After many requests (150 in December)
I have posted the DIP switch settings to enable the user to upgrade the AMD variants of the Presario. Essentially aimed at the 1600 series, they may well be OK for the 1200 series also! Get at them on my website... www.mgrudkin.clara.net There is also a bit on using the newer K6+ series and even using them to upgrade older desktop systems. and don't forget the sponsors!!
