I've got the e-15 too, so if you find any good sites let me know. If you are just looking for programs i've got a couple cd's full of junk like AOL aim, games, browsers, mp3 players and such. most of it's shareware some of it is warez. If you want I can make u a copy

The OS is stored in ROM, so it cannot be upgraded without a new ROM chip.

If you want software for CE, try www.tucows.com then click on PDA.

www.tucows.com
www.downloads.com
www.cecity.com
www.cemonster.com

I have some more I will let you know. I also think that there is a Hotmail server for Windows Ce - I will try to find it.

As to the CE Upgrade - The OS and all included default apps are stored in a ROM card on the palmtop. The only possible source of an upgrade is to chack the manufacturers website.

PS. Please post any new websites you find for your palm top.

PPS. Did you know that there is a version of Linux for your palm top? Search for Linux CE.

Does that actually run Linux by itself, or is it running Linux on top of CE? I assume that since the OS is in ROM, that it would be the latter.

It depends on the ce device model - on some the ROM cannot be bypassed (or rewritten as an EEPROM) Linux runs under CE, others however are done by flashing the ROM with a Linux and are native.
