ALCAM 400 notebook help

A friend owns the Alcam 400 notebook. During remodeling his office, the AC power supply/adapter got lost or discarded. He went to buy another and didn't know if he needed negetive or positive polarity. Can someone tell me what he needs to buy. He has been unable to find any information for this notebook on the web.

They went bye bye IE Bankrupt. If you look where the power supply plugs in to the machine, the plus should go to the little dot on the connector which is positive polarity
