You can export from the Palm Desktop software to a CSV format, which is fine unless you use commas in any of your address book entries. Intellisync from Puma software will take data off the Palm and sync it to a myriad of applications including ACT!, and Outlook. Your Palm may have come with free conduit software to sync to Outlook. From there, it should be easy to sync the Outlook address book to your PocketPC.

Since I use Outlook 2000 to keep track of my contacts with my Palm, when I bought my pocket PC, all I needed to do was sync my contacts with the Pocket PC as they were already entered into Outlook.
