THINKPAD 560E -OS load
I am currently tring to install Windows95, from a Microsoft Win95CD, on my Thinkpad560E laptop, using the standard IBM Win95 rescue disk and a parallel port CD ROM drive.
The problem I am having is that the rescue disk does not recognise my parallel port CD ROM drive. The rescue disk only gives me the options of either using an internal CD ROM drive, something the Thinkpad560E does not have or a PCMICA CD ROM drive. How do I get Win95 on the laptop ?
Any ideas ? Is it possible ?
Thanks

You will need to load the drivers for the cdrom from a floppy disk, did one come with your cdrom? What is the manufacturer of the drive? I may have something that will work, or you can goto the man.'s website and get the drivers.
