    Post Regcleaner

I usually clean the registry mannually when i know which key to remove. I installed Regcleaner to make it automatic cleaning. It found a bunch of keys that should be removed. I selected all and removed them, or so I thought. I rebooted, rung Regcleaner only to find the keys I have removed are still there. I removed them again, exited Regcleaner and ran it again without reboot. The keys I have removed are still there. What I am missing here? Anybody has this problem?
