Recently I noticed that I can no longer access the Folder Options on my Windows ME system.

I performed a reinstall of ME and I still do not have access to it. I am using TweakUI and I believe that this is what is causing it to be hidden so to speak.

Any suggestions on how I can get the Folder Options back?
