Install prob! Win ME SUX!!!
I have a customer that tried to reinstall Win ME from his C:\windows\options\cabs folder and now his computer gets to the point where you enter your user and company names and on the next screen you get a blue screen of death saying windows cannot display the license agreement. Windows cannot continue and will shut down. I've searched the Microsoft knowledge base with no joy. It is an SU*** error message and I've searched MS for that also with a mention of every other SU error but this one. Short of formatting his computer and reinstalling this " bottom of the line OS" any suggestions???

Check the Microsoft Knowledgebase it seems like I've seen something mentioned about that before. Didn't look at it because it didn't apply to my prob, but I think it's a known issue.

Jube - I believe this person was looking for more help than just "Look in the knowledge base"
Now to get back on topic, here's a link for an article I found about setup errors
