    Question System looses time w/screensaver

Have a computer running Windows ME that looses time when the screen saver activates... its like it goes into a "time out" when the screen saver comes on, but then resumes time from where it left off when the screen saver is de-activated... any ideas?

Hmmm, possible Mobo / bios issue.

I'd say flash the bios with the latest version to see if that helps.

WinMe did have a lot of issues, and from what I hear, still does.

Here is a good article from Microsoft. Worth taking some time with...

Try use one of the screen savers that comes with win9x, if it work without loosing time. check the APM setting in your Bios..
