[RESOLVED] rundll32/setupx.dll error

I am getting the following error message when I try to access the windows tab of the add/remove programs box:
"rundll32 has caused and error in setupx.dll.
then all the windows update entries in the program box disappear and I have to close the control panel. I tried to replace the setupx.dll (not from DOS), but I still cannot add or remove any windows components. I have only had my machine a week and this is my first experience with Windows Me.

It's not worth wasting your time. The best thing you can do is format and reinstall WinMe.

Then you can see what you have to see...
