IE 5.5 pauses on forms
Whenever I am entering information into a text box in a form, with IE 5.5, it pauses for 5-10 seconds, then I can go on to the next text box. I tried upgrading to IE 5.5 SP1, but it still does the same thing. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Have the same problem on 2 boxes. Haven't figured it out yet. What have you got for a system? Specs. If you are running anything similar I can try and pinpoint the problem.

I was beginning to think it was video related because both boxes had n-vidia. It wasn't. Go to tools, internet options, content, auto complete. Turn off auto complete for forms. Click clear forms. Makes a big difference.

Thanks, that did help. I tried reinstalling Windows today, and still had that problem until I read your post.
