Post Weird virus?

Has anyone encountered a virus that puts about 25-30 "run=" in the startup menu. I have had a few systems come in like this, and i can't get rid of them. Even in safe mode, can't disable them, can't find them in the sys.ini or in win.ini. Also will not let system shutdown. Any ideas???

THANKS,Y'All! ;-)
