everything the customer types comes out as "I am F@cking Gay" (minus the @). I know this is a virus...I just can't remember which one it is.

The closest match that Symantec came up with was the KeyPanic.Trojan virus.

LOL! I downloaded that virus onto my roomate's (who is a homophobe) computer. I SERIOUSLY don't think I've ever laughed so hard in my life. hee hee...the look on his face and the frantic typing and cursing....Oh gosh...flashbacks...BWWAHAHAHAHHAHAHAH!!!!!!
