Running NAV Corp edition at the behest of my work (I connect remotely at times). Found that it is taking 10MB of RAM just to have the active protection running. And to build a boot scanner with it? Woah!
Which AV program would you recommend for its reliability and its economical usage of resources? I like F-prot for dos as an onsite repair/scanning prog. (can fit it on one disk as a self extracting if booting with another diskette).

Strange that as NAV 2001 on my win2k box is only using a max of 4Mb for it's while set of components that it runs in realtime scanning mode.

Use InoculateIT from CA, uses about 2MB of memory and runs great at detecting viruses..

Trend Micro's PC Cillin allows you to make a set of floppies that you can take on-site. for different os's. It does need 5 disks. However, good program for that aspect.
