Unhappy InoculateIT Avupdate on Win 95 Netware Clients

When auto updating (InoculateIT, Ver. 4.5,
Avupdate.exe) the Client's Signature
files at Netware LogIn, the Realtime Monitor
fails to load - " Page Fault Error, can't
load Realtime Monitor" sometimes accompanied
by "CauseWay Error # 11". Everything worked for 6 months, now approx. 25 % of my 200
networked W95 and W98 PC's are doing this.

I use Inoculan at work as well, and one thing I've learned is that you need to keep an old copy of the previous virus signatures around. Once in a while, one or two PC's do not agree with the new virus signatures, so I drop back to the old one on the PC's that are having trouble and the problem goes away.

Did the problem start after a particular virus signature update? Have you checked http://support.ca.com for any patches or other support info? Did you do anything else to these PC's (updates, new software, etc)?

I've run into this problem before, but only when the auto update runs on a system that did not have inoculate it installed on it, it's like it wants the client installed locally and then it will accept an yauot updates, try loading the client locally and error should go away.
