Windows Bandwidth Throttling
Ok, my buddy has got a home network consisting of a number of machines... one has winroute installed on it to do routing for his other machines. Now, he wants to be able to throttle the bandwidth to certain machines... for example his kids machines so they won't eat up bandwidth with filesharing apps. Will WinRoute do this on its own, or does he need another application to do this, and what would it be?

I have winroute on my desktop so that my notebook can connect wirelessly to the internet. I seem to remember seeing an option that could control bandwith but I don't remember (I haven't had to tinker with it since I have it working right). I'll look into it.
