Angry Port Forwarding On A RT314

I'm having trouble with port forwarding on a Netgear RT314 router connected to Qwest DSL. The IP of the router is 192.168.20.100 and the IP of the HTTP server I want to use is 192.168.20.30. I have gone through the SUA port forwarding setting port 80 and port 21 to 192.168.20.30 but it still doesn't work. I have also messed around with the TCP/IP Filter Rule but everytime I set an IP in Destination or Source it says that IP isn't availiable. Please help.

Have you set up NAT already? Those addresses are all private addresses and won't be routed by the router, by default. You need to convert these addresses to public addresses in order to get anything past the router.
