allocating mem. for netcard

how do i allocate ram to my network card,please help i'm losing it.

Why does one allocate RAM to a network card? Please educate me...

I think you mean to allocate (reserve) resources for your PCI network card?

To do this in the plug and play section of your BIOS set it for No PNP and set IRQ 11 for ISA/PNP...

This should help Windows put the NIC on IRQ 11 as it sounds as if you may be having conflicts.
