Video Conferecing Ideas

Hey,
I'm looing for your input on a solution for video conferencing.

We are currently using Intel ProShare over 128K ISDN. Intel has not supported the the hardware and software since 98. I have to run 95 since it is the only thing this software will run on. It's a mess.

We don't have a huge budget but I want to get some of your ideas and suggestions.
