Good luck and yes you can do it. This April will be three years since I quit smoking. If I can do it, anyone can.

You can do it QT! Damn, everyone's quitting lately. Maybe I should think about trying to quit again too.

Good luck!
That's what I would do if I were you.
If I had the chance not to smoke for more than a couple of days I would have no problem to quit it. But since I smoke even when I'm sick it's kinda hard for me. I keep telling myself I should really try in the future although I'm not too old.

I don't smoke, but i do know people who have quite. If you stick to it, you can do it.
Best of luck

Good Luck,
You can do it!!! (in my best Rob Schneider voice)
seriously though, I quit, it isn't easy and it took me years to do, but I finally did it.
The key is
If you fall and have a cigarette, it doesn't mean you're a smoker.
You are still a non-smoker, but you had a cigarette, don't have another one...
Don't say to yourself, I failed i'm a smoker again...
Just say oops I had a cig, now I need to go on with my life as a non-smoker...

Good Luck! I'm 1.5 years and counting. My little contribution....Tea Tree Chewing Sticks. They helped me quit. Little toothpicks with tea tree oil (minty flavor). Anytime you have a craving or start figiting and need something to do with your hands, start chewing on one. It'll really help.
I gnawed through those things soooo fast. There were many times (out at the bars when everybody else is smoking) that they saved my a$$.

I quit smoking cold turkey. Once you run out of your present pack of smokes, don't go buy anymore. And, don't bum any from your friends. If you don't have anything to smoke, you won't smoke.
I know it sounds simplistic, but it worked for me.
I chewed on straws when my hands needed somthing to play with. Find a good brand...McDonald's straws get shredded up too easily.
