Post Can't find TEAC CD-224E driver

I have search all the web for the TEAC CD-224E driver but still no luck. The TEAC website tells that windows 98 have the driver embeded but I have done all that i know to install this CD-ROM with no luck at all.

    Cool

    Carlos,
That's true - If you're using Windows 98, then you don't need drivers. Make sure you're not trying to load a driver in your autoexec.bat or config.sys files. Windows 98 should detect the drive.

What exactly are you doing for it not to work ??

Does your cd rom drive appear on the device manager list? If not, check your IDE connection, your slave/master jumper setting and the power supply. Chances are it's a hardware problem, not a driver problem. I put a Teac 12X10X32 in my box this weekend, and it appeared under Win98 and Win2K on its own.
