I get this error when trying to change user icons in the user menu.
If I create a new user it leaves a X-ed mark like when an image can;t be displayed on the net. I can't figure out what to do, i looked at microsofts knowledge base, but only found something similar refering to the media player. MD |

i found my problem...
I had unregistered a DLL to get rid of the stupid picture viewer and that screwed the icons... So I did find a fix to get rid of the viewer in regedit... just open regedit and delete the key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\SystemFileAssociations\image\She llEx\ContextMenuHandlers\ShellImagePreview hope this helps MD |
