XP Home and VPN Help Please

Ok, I know XP Home does not include domain functions, but what I need to know is will it let you log into a domain through VPN since it kinda uses a workgroup name for the domain name. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

FYI, XP Home can connect to a domain, through a VPN connection, just thought Id let you all know.
