Post Win XP and S3 card?

I have a S3 Savage2000 64Mb graphics card with TV out and running Win XP pro. And when trying to load graphic intensive progams i occasionally get a BSOD (yeah XP still has 'em) and it automatically restarts my computer. It lookes like a Driver problem. Is there and update for the S3 cards or a fix for this?

Intel does it first, AMD does it right.

This is the S3's driver page. It only has a W2k driver for that card, Microsoft's WHQL http://www.microsoft.com/hcl/ list verfies this.
