We are building our first XP machine for the sales floor today (Tbird1GhZ, Amptron board) and attempting to get the Preinstall over our LAN to work. Well anyway I hit a wall and if anyone has been here before, please enlighten me...

Installed OEM preintstall kit in XP on the tech machine. Configured an image with our OEM info and all that, made the winbom floppy.

Boot the new build with the OPK CD and the winbom flop in a:

The OPK runs in what appears to be a normal fashion, pulls data from the tech machine (both machines HDD LEDs are going nuts and the hub lights are going as well, so I know the build is getting data...) OPK completes "starts networking" and "installs configuration set" then it goes into what looks like the typical GUI-ish XP setup where it goes through all the steps there then it goes back to the OPK screen, sez it is on the last step "Finish winPE", the machine then reboots, which i think it should at that point, then will not boot again after that. I pop out the CD and FLOP, the BIOS sez it found boot info on IDEo, then it locks up...

Has anyone been using this OPK and had a similar issue?
For that matter is anyone using it successfully?

THANKS FOR ANY AND ALL INSIGHT/ love ya!
