Activex in html

I am trying to put some of my small vb active x controls in a web page. Now I know how to get them there and to run and all else. My only questions is there a way to load and unload forms like a regular vbexe. the activex control form is named usercontrol. can these be loaded and unloaded. Now I messed around with it and have looked on the web and the msdn but could find a great answer.

anybody know for sure?
