Q3 "demo recording"
Can anyone tell me how to do this, or where to find instructions, I think it'd be really cool to capture a whole match in 3rd person, then watch it afterwards. Especially in this excessive mod server you have running here, all that ordinance flying around has to be cool to watch.....

I know you can record yourself, but I don't know if it is possible to record the whole match, then re-watch it later either as a 3rd person, or through someone else's eyes.
But that would be nice, newbies like myself could learn a lot watching a match through the eyes of the veterans such as Tish, Taz, Milenko, etc...

Dude, there are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many Quake 3 pages out there to walk someone through this its scary and awesome at the same time.
<a href="http://www.kan.org/michael/Quake/FAQ.htm#makedemo" target="_blank">This is an awesome page... this will take you to how to make a demo</a>
If you take the #makedemo out of the URL it will take you to the top of the page. It is a BIG page but it has alot... ALOT of good info on it.
If it aint broke, TWEAK it!
When in doubt, throw it out!!
