Modem Digicom Michelangelo a-usb problem with Xp

I have a question: When i login in Windows Xp Professional with a limited account so as limited user or guest at startup appear the following message: <
It has verified an exception during the execution of amecsa. cpl , RUN_DLL >
And i can't use internet connection
If I login like administrator all works perfectly
I have this modem : Digicom Michelangelo a-usb Adsl

From your description, when you installed the modem you did not allow all users to use this device.

When I have created a new remote connection as Administrator I have used the following settings:"allow all users to use this connection".During the installation of the modem don't appear some dialog box to allow all users to use this device.

Perhaps you should email the modem company and ask them why their setup does not include this feature.
