Ever since I upgraded my old TnT2 card (quite some time ago) to a GeForce2 Ti I've experienced a nasty problem when running dxdiag. As soon as I run any of the graphics tests the monitor clicks & turns black, as per usual when changing modes, however it then hangs and the monitor light flashes. I managed to get around this a while ago using some Nvidia refresh rate fix that seemed to quiet things down for a short while. Now I'm back to square one again, I recently re-formatted my machine and put on Nvidia's brand spanking new drivers and get exactly tho old problem, hanging

Any ideas?
