Picture Frames in PSP or Photoshop

Can I import more Picture Frames into PaintShopPro and if so from where please? The four provided are no good for my needs.

Are there Picture Frames in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements and if so where please?

Photoshop Elements has 20 frames it comes with but they are mostly different effects. If you have a copy of it already, look to the top right, click effects tab, click the dropdown box where it says "all" and change it to "frames" so that only the frames show. Double click on the frame to apply to the open picture.

If you want to find frames for Photoshop Elements do a search for "plugins".

I found a site that sells some frame plugins:
http://www.humansoftware.com/

Here are a few free ones:

This site sells frames that work with Paint Shop Pro:

Best of all looks like the jasc website who seems to have a download of free filters and frames and whatnots (I'm not sure though, don't have a copy of PSP to try it on):

I had this one in my bookmarks - saving it for a rainy day: http://www.liknes.no/photoshop/bordergallery.htm
