Welcome to WinDrivers!
I have to warn you to be careful.
I think I have it somewhere, but check this out:

Edited by NooNoo - If you must link to driverguide - then at least make sure that the comments are positive. This is the major problem with places like driverguide, no control of the quality of the files on offer. I am leaving the link as an example of how NOT to post a driver link.

Yeah, I know,..tick,tick...
It's funny, but you must read the comments log from the link I included:
http://www2.driverguide.com/uploads/...s11/14677.html
One look at the download file name should have warned them off, but...read the comments.

Opti did not make sound cards, just the chipsets. As they sold this business, they no longer offer reference drivers, but they do provide the following links to manufacturers who used their chipsets: http://www.opti-inc.com/my_html/part_mm.html I realize many of the links are dead, but you are talking about a pretty old sound card.

Don't know if its any help, but I've got a driver disk w/ 95 and 3.1 drivers for a card based on the 82c931 chip. These date to about 1996. I'm surprised 98 doesn't detect the card
