I recently installed a HP printer/scanner on my Win XP Pro system. I now have this little "safely remove hardware" icon in my system tray and find it very annoying as I definitely to not want to remove this printer. Is there a way to get rid of it manually? Will it eventually diasapear by itself? Thanks for the help.
