I have tried without any luck, to set up a small home network with 3 systems.the main system win XP the other 2 Win ME.
I am using a Lynksys BEFSR41 Cable /DSL 4 port router, using ethernet all around. Sharing the intenet works fine, but i would also like to be able to share files, and the printer conected to the XP box.
Can this be done without using the xp home networking wizard, because it does not work after several tries.
Where can i go for a more info on seting up a network under Win XP, because i know this can be a very detailed venture beyond the scope of this forum?
